The cost of any project is solely based on the Type of Video, Duration of Video, Shooting Requirements, Quality of Animation, Voice over Requirement and Sound Production.

Booking Date is considered when the Advance Payment is received by us. If the allotted project is cancelled within 24 hours by customers due to any reason after booking, we will refund 90% of the Advance Payment. If a customer cancels the project while it is in process due to any reason then Advance Payment is Non-Refundable and a bill containing all the expenses spent behind the project if any till the cancellation date, it will be sent to our customer to make needful payment.

• If No Process has been started then your full Advance will be refunded.
• If the Script Process has been started and whether the script is confirmed or not, in order to cancel the order, 20% of the Final Package will be deducted from the Advance before the refunding process.
• If the Script & Voice Over Phase is done then 40% of the Final Package will be deducted from the Advance before the refunding process.
• If the package has Video Shooting Service and the Shoot is performed then Advance will not be refunded and 20% from the balance payment has to be paid to Raval Bros. Motion Pictures by the Client.
• If the Video is edited and order get cancelled due to any reason then Advance will not be refunded and 40% from the balance payment has to be paid to Raval Bros. Motion Pictures by the Client. In this case, client will not receive full quality video.

3 Days | If it exceeds this period then for each extra day, 1% of the whole package will be charged additionaly & will be added while sending final bill.
